Big Dollar Casino, previously a brand bearing the LCB Warning sign due to slow payments and unresponsive support, has recently been placed on a 2-month probation period, after it has come to our attention that they are now under new management.
In October 2018, they were awarded a unique opportunity to convince us they are better than the unethical practises that they've previously demonstrated, and to show they deserve the trust of the gaming community.
Probation?
What does ''probation'' mean within LCB? It simply means we have reasons to believe that a casino is willing to improve, that their efforts are genuine, and that they, objectively speaking, deserve another chance.
This is the case with Big Dollar, whose troubles started while they were still a Grand Prive Affiliates, and then Top Refer Group brand.
A bit of history
Powered by Saucify, Rival and BetSoft, the Bitcoin-friendly platform launched way back in 2006 under Curacao iGaming laws. While they looked like a promising venue in the beginning, their reputation and relationship with customers quickly deteriorated due to the lax manner in which they handled important aspects of service such as fair gaming, timely cash-outs and player support - none of which has ever come close to remotely decent level.
Fortunately for the brand, they along with a popular sister site Planet Casino, have recently been purchased by an experienced company - Player Serv Consulting headed by a manager with over 10 years of continuous involvement in the industry, who has personally worked with some of the largest operators in iGaming.

To find out more about the group, what is going on behind the scenes, and how they plan to overcome such a bad rep, the LCB team did an interview with the Player Serv affiliate group.
What we found out is quite encouraging
As far as the looks and performance go, a redesign is in the works focusing on responsiveness and intuitive game-play on desktops and mobile devices.
Next in the pipeline
Player experience! This means fixing issues regarding withdrawal processing, cash-out limits, banking options and customer service. It's what we want to hear more about and the group promised to deliver on these, and all other fronts.

A second chance, after royally screwing things up, in the igaming industry, is very rare. If LCB says that they deserve another chance and acknowledge the improvements this casino is making, I say 'good deal!' I think that 'probation' is definitely the way to go, meaning; 'we'll see!' I think there's a decent chance for these two, I'm pretty hopeful considering both casinos did have some seriously good bonuses and they did pay me without issues on multiple occasions several years ago.
