Dynamic Game Provider Joins a New Regulated Market After Compliance
One of the most prosperous iGaming suppliers in the industry, BGaming, is happy to announce that its portfolio has been certified for the German market.
After fulfilling all the technical improvements required by state’s regulator, the provider is finally ready to enter the scene and provide its fun-oriented gaming content to the local operators.
Fully Compliant!
Exactly one year after coming into force, the new regulation has finally seen BGaming’s portfolio of online slots going live in the country. The company is now fully compliant with the German regulation and its high-quality games will soon become available with partners operating on the .denational domains.
Although there were several significant restrictions regarding the content casinos could provide to their players after the new Interstate Treaty on Gambling 2021, BGaming has successfully finished the adaptation of its existing slots to meet all the requirements demanded by the German regulator guidelines.
To become able to provide online slots on a federal level, BGaming, and many other software providers needed to adapt the length of the spin, stake limit, auto-play, and other online slot performance in accordance with the new regulations.
The supplier is finally ready to launch its content with online slot sites operating on the .de domains which are allowed to provide games to players located in Germany. On that note, here is the list of requirements BGaming added to its portfolio for the German market:
- Spin length cannot be longer than five seconds
- Autoplay feature is not permitted
- The highest stake limit per spin is €1
- The game’s description must be in German language
- RTPs must be visible in every game
As a result of these and all other incoming improvements, BGaming should bolster further content distribution to the German region and strengthen its position in regulated markets across Europe.
“Thanks to BGaming's agile technical team, we could quickly define the needs of the local operators and help them overcome the difficulties of the German regulations,” commented Alexandr Shavel, head of business development department at BGaming.
He added that the studio’s aim is to strengthen relationships with German partners and continue to supply them with the best content compliant with the local law, including titles in the style of Gold Rush Johnny Ca$h or Big Atlantis Frenzy.

As BGaming continues to charm the iGaming community around the world with new releases, it’s hard not to notice some of its best-performing titles to date.
