Adjarbet and Greentube Form Strategic Partnership in Georgia

The biggest online betting and casino operator in the Caucasus nation of Georgia, Adjarbet, has entered into a formal strategic alliance with Novomatic Interactive division, Greentube, regarding content distribution.

In February, UK bookmaker, Paddy Power Betfair, announced it acquired a majority of stakes in Adjarbet for €101 million.

In the words of Peter Jackson, the company's CEO, the acquisition is in line with the strategy of establishing leading positions in online markets that are attractive and that due to Adjarbet's presence of a leading brand as well as its strong management team, the fact that it grew into a clear number 1 in the fast-growing market of Georgia is a good enough incentive.

Novomatic Coming to Peru

During the upcoming Peru Gaming Show in Lima, Austrian giant, Novomatic, will display their entire portfolio of products plus three new games.
