Digital Jersey’s position as a top-class eGaming jurisdiction has, in the past three weeks since its official launch, generated more than 100 enquires, claim’s Jersey director Andy Garrett. HE further stated that the Jersey Gambling Commission is in the process of reviewing a number of licence applications already.

Garrett confirmed that both applications for both B2C and B2B licenses are being processed, adding that the island has received digital business queries that also cover the option of relocating.

He believes that the overwhelming interest generated by Jersey eGaming in just 3 weeks is “a clear indication of the quality of what the Island has to offer the eGaming industry, and also the industry’s appetite for a fresh cost-effective jurisdiction which combines legislative innovation and solid experience”

As the momentum of Jersey eGaming continues to rise, Garrett is convinced that Jersey is capable of providing eGaming companies with everything they require, “from world-leading Listing/IPO purchase possibilities, to expert legal advice and excellent technology services.”

“Our message is that Jersey is well and truly open for eGaming business,” adds Garrett, saying that Jersey is more than capable of becoming the next global eGaming centre.
