Betfair was granted a provisional waiver by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) after its land based partner, Trump Plaza, closed its doors but it has announced a new partnership with Caesars Entertainment for the New Jersey market.
Caesars Interactive already has contracts with 888 Holdings and Amaya Gaming in addition to its own online brands WSOP.com, CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahCasino.com.
The DGE has initially granted approval for Betfair’s sub-licensing contract with Caesars Entertainment for six month.

Hmmm, took a look to CaesarsCasino.com site and found they offers $10 no deposit bonus and I did not found any other country restriction on registration except of New Jercey. I have registered and sent my docs for verification, as they require to activate account. Let's see :)

I have to say I feel for the residents of NJ state looking at the list of companies signing up to serve them gambling services - I don't trust any of them, possibly with the exception of Amaya! Betfair are known to bottle out of their own promotions when it suits them and 888 are some of the shadiest people ever to run an online casino. Still, I expect that the USAs tough stance on online gambling should keep them in line - lets hope so, for everybodies sake.
