Games developer Spin Games LLC announced a content and integration deal with social games and content company Nektan (Gibraltar) Limited.
The deal will see Spin’s HTML5 game content and the Spin Games Remote Gaming Server (RGS) licensed out to Nektan to integrate with its platform under the brand ROC.
Nektan’s Gibraltar online gaming license will cover its HTML5 services in the UK market.
Kent Young, president of Spin Games said, "With our combined expertise we can expect significant traction and gaming yields.”
David da Silva, commercial director at Nektan said, "The demand for quality mobile HTML5 real-money slots and video poker in regulated markets is insatiable, and we are delighted to have secured this unique content from Spin to add to our catalogue."
