Ukash’s UK users will soon be able to enjoy a really convenient financial service which will enable them to convert UKash codes into cash without using any debit or credit card, all thanks to a deal between Ukash and independent Brit ATM operator, Bank Machine.
What this means is that online gambling fans can use the new Ukash Cash Withdrawals service to convert online funds back into cash. They can purchase the unique 19 digit Ukash codes with cash in retail outlets such as shops and petrol stations and use them to pay directly on thousands of websites that accept Ukash transactions.
According to Ukash chief executive David Hunter, with this initiative the company sought to empower cash consumers, and extend the convenience of online cash. He also noted that with this service consumers can benefit from the utmost flexibility with their Ukash codes, opining that it will surely be appealing for e-commerce retailers.
“The partnership between Ukash and Bank Machine will make Bank Machine the first non-bank operator to offer cardless cash withdrawals at ATMs,” he noted, adding that his company has invested significant funds in the project.
On the other side, Stephen Hart, business development manager at Bank Machine stated: “This innovation clearly demonstrates that ATMs can provide services that complement those offered on the internet. We look forward to offering this service to customers on more than 3,000 Bank Machine ATMs across the UK.”
