According to the company rep, the choice of name originates from "wanting to make betting as easy as cake." Seemingly, Cake Gaming and Cake Poker will take exception to their chosen name.
Furthermore, it has been learned that the new site will be joining Infinity Poker and operate as a BitCoin website using the Kohana framework.
