The latest reports regarding the attempt of the state of Hawaii to legalize online gambling point out that the measure has made little progress and its success is less than likely.
According to sources in the Hawaii Senate, while the bill has not been officially killed off, it is not going anywhere. This keeps Hawaii in the role of one of only two US states without legalized gambling of any kind.
Apparently, a public hearing for the legislation was scheduled last month, but it was removed from the schedule almost immediately.
