Two companies partner in a supply deal
A new deal emerged on the Canadian online gambling market this week, when Shuffle Master partnered with OpenBet have partnered in a supply deal, based on which Shuffle Master will provide some of its proprietary table games to Canadian legalized online gaming sites, such as Loto-Quebec and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation, through OpenBet’s platform.
The games that will be offered by OpenBet include Shuffle Master's Three Card Poker(TM), Casino War(R) and its Fortune Pai Gow Poker(R) side bet.
According to Shuffle Master’s CEO, Gavin Isaacs, "Given the growing popularity of online gaming in Canada, offering our popular brands to this key market through OpenBet's platform is a natural next step for Shuffle Master and part of our strategy to leverage our intellectual property online. This agreement provides us with an exciting distribution channel for our specialty games and is further affirmation of our belief that this will be an important segment for our Company. We are very pleased that we are going to be working with OpenBet."
On the other side, Max Francis, commercial partner manager at OpenBet said: "OpenBet has worked closely with the Canadian Lotteries to deliver successful legalized online gaming sites and it is great to be able to offer them more premium content."
