Restructuring aims at improvement of policy and strategy formulation
A novelty has been reported in the Alderney Gambling Control Commission (AGCC); namely, the organization has decided to conduct reorganization in order to improve policy and strategy formulation. As a result of this initiative, its licensing and compliance functions will be separated from 1 March 2011.
Michael Ellen and a team of three officers will lead the Directorate for Licensing & Strategy, which will be in charge of licensing, complaints, special investigations and suitability investigations amongst others.
The Directorate Compliance will be headed by Jorn Stark, and its team will consist of eight deputy directors, assistant directors and officers, who will engage in ICS and EGE approval management, inspections, change control, monitoring and policy.
The two directors will both answer to the Commission’s Executive Director Andre Wilsenach.
