Features
The three characters each trigger a feature of their own, with the animals also kicking in for effect. The features trigger at random, with somewhat high frequency. Though there are three different characters they all share the same special feature. Whenever they appear on the reels an animation plays out, after which all the symbols corresponding to their spirit animal are turned into wilds and locked in place for one respin. If more animals of their kind fall into place another respin is triggered!
The animals function much the same way triggering, except that instead of turning into wilds they summon more of the matching symbols on the reels. If a respin lands more matching symbols you get another respin!
Our Take
Wild Nords is a beautiful slot. It is meant to be played with a higher than normal bet, though it can be run with low stakes as well. The special features might sound a bit limited until you see all those symbols turning into wilds, and subsequently all twenty paylines firing up to collect your wins.
