As a kid Tutti Fruity ice cream was one of my favorites, which is why I was intrigued to hear Cozy Games had launched a slot called Tutti Frutti. It includes wilds, free spins and a fruit inspired bonus round.

Once the slot loads you’ll notice it’s not themed around ice cream at all, which although disappointing for sweet toothed players will be a welcome sight to fans of traditional slot machines.

Oranges, bananas, pears, grapes, plums, watermelons, pineapples, apples, mint leafs, water and orange characters appear on the reels. None are animated and each win is marked with a colored line and border.

The sound effects are reminiscent to the very first fruit machines which include cascading payout sound effects and chimes on each and every spin. You can turn these sound effects off if they aren’t to your liking, although we quite like them because the provide a touch of nostalgia.

Betting Options and More Functions

The auto spin mode is slightly different from other slots because you can choose to spin five times, spin until a win is recorded or spin until a feature is triggered. This is rather handy, especially if you don’t want to miss out on the interactive bonus round.

Tutti Frutti Slot Features

Three or more apple leaf icons will trigger the bonus round which plays on a separate screen. This presents two chickens and three apples on screen and you choose one of the apples to reveal an instant cash prize. You only get to choose one of the apples but will always win a prize.

The orange character is wild and will substitute for any other icon if a winning combination is possible. This symbol cannot replace either the leaf or water droplet icon, but will award 10,000 coins when five appear across on payline.

Three, four or five water droplet icons will award 5, 25 or 150 times your stake. The great thing here is that they can appear in any position and need not be adjacent to each other.

Our Take on Tutti Frutti

This offers all the charm of a traditional fruit machine combined with some modern day video slot features. This provides a great balance which makes it suitable for a wide range of players.
