It’s another day of the same old, same old, on this farm. Animals are getting cloned, some of them are being abducted by strange beams… wait, what? Aliens run amok in this new game by Nolimit City and the barnyard is becoming strange and exciting. 

Expect all kinds of shenanigans when extraterrestrials are running the show. Cloned animals will stack on the reels, low paying symbols will simply disappear and much more. 

Theme

Tractor Beam is set on a farm. That might not seem all that interesting but this farm is a bit different… 

…it’s full of aliens!

Pastoral themes and sci-fi collide here in a fun and cartoonish away. The high paying symbols are represented by everyone’s favorite domestic animals – cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens. The low paying symbols are wooden pieces of fencing with card number painted on.

The graphics are bright and vibrant, and everything is animated in a funny way while the sound is suitably otherworldly and adds some mystery. Nolimit City has done a good job with the presentation.

Betting Options and Functions 

This game has five reels and three rows with 20 fixed paylines. The maximum bet is a not insignificant 100 euros, and the minimum goes as low as 20 cents. Autoplay with advanced control options is available and the impatient among you will appreciate the turbo option which speeds up gameplay.

Special Features 

It’s not just animals and pieces of wood that grace the reels. A beam of bright energy in the shape of the letter S is the scatter symbol and when three of them land anywhere the real fun of this slot beings. 

It’s called Abduction Spins, and it’s super fun. During this mode, any symbol forming a winning combination will be abducted by the aliens.

And this is not all. Wild symbols don’t disappear so if you’re lucky you might end up with a board full of wilds.

Our Take

This is a fun game with a silly theme and a really nice presentation. It’s a more or less standard offering with standard features. 

That said, we think the special features are really fun. Abduction spins are a punter’s chance for some big wins. Stacking high paying and disappearing low paying symbols bring a bit of spice to the gameplay and nudge the odds ever so slightly in the players’ favor.
