Theme and Symbols
The theme is very sugary (surprise!) with a load of coloured candy on the screen. Symbols, though obviously not copy of any particular brand, are still somewhat familiar for anyone who has ever had a sugar ache. Though the music and sound effects are hard to explain, we’re sure that you find them fitting for the slot. There are enough animations and bright colours to keep things interesting for quite a while.
Betting Options and Functions
The name of the game is clusterpays. The play area consists of a grid of 49 symbols, divided on seven rows and seven columns.
Wins are formed by clusters of at least four matching symbols. These need to connect horizontally or diagonally to a similar symbol. When they form a connection, they will pay out the rewards and blow away, leaving room for new symbols to drop down.
The range of possible wins is a big one, with each symbol adding a set prize to the combination. Overall the wins are not all that high, though quite fitting for your bet level...this is because there are more than enough bonus features go around.

Our Take
Betsoft has improved on the original Sugar Pop, though at times this game feels like it’s stuffed too much of sugary things. With time you’ll get used to all the features, and they are always a welcome addition sweeping the grid clean and helping you score more wins. It’s not a slot for everyone, but if you’re into clustergaming you might want to take a look.
