South Park first aired in 1997 and is as popular now as it was then. The awesome foursome of Stan, Cartman, Kenny and Kyle all appear on the reels in all their glory. South Park Theme
Well this one is self explanatory; it’s based on South Park and is completely themed around the show too. The graphics have been styled in the same flat way as the animated series and the official soundtrack even plays in the background.
Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman all appear on the reels as their own reel icon. Others include classic icons such as 10, J, Q, K and A. The neat thing about these is they show other cast members (Mr Garrison, Butters, Ike etc) when a winning combination is made.
Betting Options and More Functions
Players can choose from a massive range of bets (0.25 to $250) per spin. This ‘total bet’ is comprised of 25 lines with up to 10 coins on each (coins range from 0.01 to $1). We think this provides so much choice that everybody can find a bet suitable for them.
South Park Slot Features
There’s 3 varieties of wild icons to look out for. The regular wild can appear during any regular spin and during the Kyle bonus. It can substitute for any regular icon, which means only the bonus icons are excluded. Other wilds can occur during the bonus games, of which there are 7!
Main Features
The main features are themed around the four main characters. Each is triggered when 2 bonus symbols appear on reels 3 and 4 in combination with a character on reel 5.
Kyle’s bonus will award 10 free spins with Ike wilds that can occur when the wild appears on reel 5 during any free spin. This causes the bouncing Ike to fall from the reels and topple on to one of the tiles below the reels. This can award bonus prizes, 3 more free spins or multipliers.
Kenny’s bonus game plays to the classic storyline of waiting for Kenny to kick the bucket in an extravagant way. You’ll be trying to avoid his untimely death though and will guide Kenny along a path where you could find multipliers, coin prizes or an accident. Needless to say that an accident will end the bonus in an fatal way for Kenny.
Cartman also has his own bonus. You’ll have to choose from 8 bushes that could reveal coin wilds, multipliers, bonus resets, warning symbols or the game over symbol. Each is pretty self explanatory and you could win up to 5000x your triggering bet.
Stan’s character will trigger Stan Bonus Spins. This adds a sticky wild to the centre position on reel 3, which stays around for 2 spins. Additional sticky wilds can appear and will add 2 more sticky re-spins per sticky wild.
Mini Features
Farting Terrance and Phillip can appear completely at random to add 3 wilds over reels 2, 3 and 4. They can be placed vertically or diagonally.
Mr Hankey also gets in on the action with his own mini feature. This is random feature adds a wild to reel 1, 3 and 5 with the possibility of having up to 5 wilds create more winning opportunities.
Do you remember the episode when Cartman became a beefcake? Well his mini feature will trigger a 3x3 grid of wilds that can substitute for any icon except for bonus symbols. It’s not a certainty that every wild in this grid will appear on screen but you’ll at least have 3 wilds to increase your chances of winning.
