A concrete jungle, graffiti, and the wrong side of the street mix in this Greentube slot(part of Novomatic). I have to admit, it is wildly different from their normal games, and perhaps something that will change the direction of their games for ages to come. However, besides the theme and slightly different reel setup, it is still quite the basic slot. What then makes the game worth trying? Read out below and you might find some surprises.

Theme

Set in the more sketchy part of the town, this slot paints a clear picture of graffiti and the street. Or, well some sort of picture anyways, as today graffiti is more of an art form than something mysterious and nefarious criminals paint everywhere. The music is pretty sweet here, though it might become repetitive in long playthroughs. Certainly very relaxed, despite the theme claiming otherwise!

Special mention for mixing classical symbols with the theme. Somehow they make it work, even though it shouldn’t.

Betting Options and Functions

The game offers medium volatility, seven paylines and four reels. The reel setup is quite unique, or strange depending on how you look at it, but the game makes it work. As you surely know, medium volatility usually means somewhat low wins. Here that is exactly the case, with most wins being rather medium, like the volatility. The RTP is below average, but this isn’t much of a hinderance.

An extra word needs to be said about the paylines. The first three paylines run in both directions, which explains the medium variance and medium wins: landing them from both directions greatly increases your chances of winning. The remaining four paylines function as per normal: left to right. Bets can be set quite low or very high, depending on your personal preference. 

Features

Bonus games and stacked wilds. That’s what the game offers in one single package. Three or four scatters(the scary green dude) on the reels will trigger 10 or 20 bonus games. Before these spins begin, a light will appear, blinking on and off, switching between reels...

...Once you press the stop button the light will stop in its current position. It will then illuminate the whole reel and change all of the symbols into wilds. Land it on the first or fourth reel and you are good to go when it comes to landing some real wins from those bonus games!

You can also retrigger the bonus games, though you don’t get to pick a new wild reel.

Notice that Greentube/Novomatic also has two other games called Simply Wild and Simply Wilder. If you want to compare the changes in style then these games illustrate it perfectly. Simply said, the older games are classic slots whereas Really Wild is innovative and adventurous. We recommend you give this game a try, especially if you are not familiar with this company’s games.
