Believe it or not, but you are looking at the sixth Monopoly-themed online release from one and the same software developer, Scientific Games.

It seems that this popular board game took a hold on the SG team of developers, as they have decided (and succeeded) to outdo themselves by creating this 8-reeled Cluster Pays online machine that can reward up to 5000x your stake!

Theme and Symbols

Thanks to its Cluster Pays system (read here), the huge reel set takes up almost the whole scene, while the rest of it shows tall buildings in the middle of the night and some smoke moving below the grid.

Speaking of the grid, they are adorned by some water and electricity meters on both sides, while rich Uncle Pennybags has made sure to fill the reels with all sorts of colorful icons.

Expect to see cars, dogs, boats, hats, and gemstones colored in blue, green, yellow, or red, followed by Wild game tokens, lightbulbs, and water taps as Bonus symbols, and a community chest.

The whole atmosphere is followed by a catchy soundtrack complementing it perfectly!

Betting Options and Other Functions

You will play this branded-themed online game from SG Interactive across 8 reels and 7 rows while using the Cluster Pays engine!

This means players can form winning combos when 5 to 15+ matching symbols land adjacent both horizontally and vertically. 

When this occurs, winning clusters will be removed from the grid, with new cascades falling to fill the gaps. 

But before you start your adventure, you should set your bets ranging from $0.2 up to $50.

This online release also boasts, while a maximum potential prize stands at 5000x the stake!

The golden car is the most valuable symbol, paying up to 5000x the stake, while the lowest-rewarding is the pink gem, paying up to 200x the stake for 15+.

Special Features

This sixth take on a popular Monopoly theme comes equipped with an abundance of special features, so let's get straight down to it.

There are not one, not two, but four different token symbols acting as Wilds.

They will substitute for all regulars of the game. Then they explode and are removed from all the winning clusters while triggering a cascade mechanic.

Get two golden locomotive Wilds on the same reel/row, and you will trigger the Wild Tracks feature when the Carriage Wilds appear between them, thus connecting them and awarding a big game area filled with Wild symbols!

Now, by landing four railway station Wilds in the four corners of a rectangle, you will trigger the Wild Rail feature with the whole area filled with silver carriage wilds.

If bonus symbols get caught between golden wilds, they will serve double duty as both wilds and bonus symbols.

But, there's more!

Another randomly-triggered feature called Community Chest can give you a 3x3 symbol that will open and deliver a prize worth up to 1000x the stake, following which it explodes and triggers a cascade!

Now, pay attention to the Water Works Taps and Light Bulb symbols, as they are the bonus Scatters that you need to collect. Once you collect 15 of each, you will trigger their respective features!

• The Water Works feature starts with spins that will go on until you form an initial cluster(s). Besides, all the triggering symbols remain locked, while the others will be removed through the cascade mechanic. 

The taps above the reel set can also become active and upgrade the sticky cluster win symbols in 2 different ways.

• Electric Company feature relies on Property Cards, Color Tiles, and Chance Cards. 

The Property Cards are worth between 0.25x and 25x your stake, and they become sticky whenever they land. 

The feature gives you 3 lives, and you lose 1 life if you land no color cluster, property card, or chance card on any given spin. 

The Chance Card will flip to reveal either a house or a hotel, triggering one of two multipliers: House or Hotel, the first doubling the value of a random Property Card, while the other doubling the value of all Property Cards in view.

Lastly, you can also benefit from the Off The Rails Jackpot, triggered after you fill the entire grid with Wilds in the base game or through 10 consecutive cascades triggered in a single round!

SG Interactive has created a nice addition to their list of Monopoly-themed online games. Although this Cluster Pays online game might seem a bit confusing when it comes to its bonus features at first, they also enrich the overall adventure!
