From time to time plain and simple things can really soothe the mood. That’s why Novomatic decided to take a break from those themed slot games and do something more ordinary that is still as good as any other slot on the market.

Slot Theme

As we mentioned in the beginning, here there is no any theme in particular, just a bunch of vibrant symbols. This five-reel slot is all about the money, hence, all of its symbol are money-related. Here you can find stacks of money, Red Rubies, Green Emeralds, Blue Sapphires, Amethyst Stones Euro sign, gold bars and a crown.

Considering the fact that this is an old-school design (and we are not the biggest fans of it), we love this one. It has that casino vibe that will probably stimulate you to play more and more. The sound effects are strange but somehow likeable. It is a mixture of an old computer game and jazz music (if you get the right combination). We’ve never heard something like this before.

Betting Options and Other Functions

Just Jewels Deluxe comes with five reels, three rows and ten paylines. There is nothing we could add besides the fact that it’s solid. The minimum you must bet in order to start the game is $0.40 while the maximum is $40. We are not sure whether Novomatic did this because this slot lacks exciting features or not but the jackpot that it is offering is really good! If you have enough luck, you can win $50,000.

This simple, yet polished-looking slot has a nice interface. We do not think it’s necessary to thoroughly talk about it because there are only a couple of already-known buttons that are truly easy to understand.

Slot Features

This reel game is not complicated at all. As long as the symbols are adjacent, you can get a winning combination! So, for instance, you can get a three symbol win even if you have symbols on, for instance 1,2 and 3, but nothing on four or five.

And last but not least – the popular Gamble feature. Here you have the option to gamble your recent winnings. You must use this feature right after a win. The point is to try to predict the color (black or red) from the deck of cards. If you guess right your amount of money will be doubled, if not, you’ll go back to the game.

Our take on this slot

Even though this online game may not be the most interesting and dynamic you can find, but it still has some good sides. The jackpot is huge and the music is weird but entertaining. If you are really demanding when it comes to themed slots, then we advise you to skip this one.
