Superheroes are quite popular right now, and it’s about times supervillains get some screentime too!

It’s not actually all that clear on what side Doctor Electro stands, but he sure looks a bit too deranged to be standing with the good guys. 

As long as the extended reels, wilds and other features result in superb wins it doesn’t really even matter. 

Kalamba has put a lot of effort into this game, but is there simply too much content stuffed in? Of course not, check out the details below.

Theme

Doctor Electro himself stands to the left of the reels, activating levers and doing his usual business. 

There are quite a few different animations to enjoy. 

The background is set in the lab, with the symbols bringing a bit wider spectrum of influences on the reels. The music is quite surprising and somehow manages to both stand out and fade into the background. Sound effects are a combination of spoken lines and electric effects. 

Speaking of ‘electric’, it seems as though this developer has a penchant for new-age, sci-fi elements to spice up some of their modern-day releases.

The theme brings Doctor Electro to the screen in the exact way it should. Full points here! 

Betting Options and Functions

As soon as you open up the game, you will notice that it’s the special features that will take most of your attention. Still…

The game has done away with pay-lines, as is the trend these days, replaced with the ways pays system. This means…

You have to land three or more of the battery icons (also called expansions symbols) to launch the Hyper Spins. This is the feature that takes advantage of the extra symbol positions.
