I wonder many strange things. Like, I wonder who Captain America voted for in the last election? Is he a Republican or a Democrat? He should, like, make an appearance on Oprah and declare himself. Perhaps it's enough to know simply that he voted.
Because Captain America embodies all the ideals that make America great: freedom. Democracy. Liberty. Actually, you may not know this, but Captain America kicked Nazi butt during World War 2. Look it up. Yeah!
Anyway, Cryptologic have come up with an awesome game that celebrates Marvel's Captain America, his support of the military and his celebration of all things that make America great – like massive jackpots. Seriously, this is one of the top paying games in the entire Marvel Superheroes series.
Cryptologic's adaptation of Captain America is a five reel video slot game. You can play it on just the centre line if you want, but if you want to get crazy, you can activate up to a total of 25 pay lines.
The graphics are a pleasure to look at. The reels feature a great selection of images from Captain America's lexicon. We have the Captain America logo, some evil dude with a gun, the Statue of Liberty (yeah!), a military helmet, the American flag (yeah!), a top secret folder (ooh, what's in there?), the Captain's trademark floppy boots, and his big round shield.
As is to be expected, Captain America himself is the Wild symbol, and his presence can be used to complete any winning combination that he finds himself a part of, which is handy. The only symbol he can't double for is of course the Scatter symbol.
This game is as much for high rollers as it is for the average player, because it takes coin sizes from just a penny up to $5. This means if you maxed lines you could spend as little as $0.25 a spin, or as much as $125. However, the top winning combination in this game is worth 12,500 coins. At maximum bet, that translates as $62,500 – pretty cool.
