Theme
A Spanish town spreads in the background, with the matador taking control of the reels in the centerview. The name comes into play with the free games, with the book and the bull working as scatters. Betting Options and Functions
The paylines are not fixed, which is a welcome change for some of us. Though you don’t get to choose which ones are in play, at least you can choose how many in ascending order. The betting is set as per line, with values going from 0.01 to ten coins per line.
Ten to Ace playing card values form the low-cast, with 5 to 150 times the line bet paid out for the winning combinations. Features
Three to five book scatters start the first set of free spins. You will be credited ten spins, and more can be triggered during the feature. A random symbol selected from the whole cast will show up on the reels to lay out bigger combinations.
The second instance of free spins comes around when the bull pays attention to you. Again, three to five symbols launch ten spins. Unlike in the previous set, these cannot be retriggered. Our Take
Books and Bulls is alright if you’re not looking for any kind of extra entertainment from the theme. It’s a very basic slot with some graphics tuned up to match the theme. The wins are quite massive, yet also quite elusive. Like always the real winning spins are up to luck, whilst the basic wins will see you lowly dwindle away your balance. Easy playing, but not for everyone!
