Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is one of those cult classics that will be cherished by generations to come. It has become the epitome of a jungle treasure hunt.

What you need is a lot of effort, creativity, and skill. Graphical designers who worked on this title…

… have proven to have all of those traits in abundance. This game is just stunning in terms of looks! 

A lot of work went into making this theme look the way it does. All you have to do is catch all the background animations and you’ll understand just how true this statement is!

The frame features a couple of fully animated torches…

…that flicker in the night as you roll the reels. There’s also water dripping from what appears to be an ancient stone structure! 

There is also an element of intrigue involved. Every time you score a win, you’re given a sneak peek into the cavern behind the reels. All the way out in the distance, you’ll notice a stand with a book on top of it. 

Even though it might sound basic, this little detail adds quite a bit to the overall player’s experience. Like a carrot on a stick, it forces you to spin those reels until you gain access to the Book of Souls! 

Symbols and Icons 

Aside from the strong Indy influence, you’ll also run into a lot of Mayan/Incan designs. This is especially true if you look at symbols and how they were designed.
