Triggering the free spin round will activate blood moons instead of a full moon. Whenever you get the blood moon, all of the high-value symbols will be transformed into the werewolf wilds.

The only wilds you will be getting are the ones from the high-value symbols in the full/blood moon phase, or the ones you manage to get through the random wilds feature.
