If I would try to describe this game’s storyline in just a few words, those would be “walking through an enchanted forest alongside three gorgeous and mysterious women”. That would be a bit strange, though, wouldn’t it? 

Ukrainian developers Ruby Play have not been trying to steer clear of strange things while designing Arcane Beauties, that’s certain. This video slot will bring you the usual reel-spinning action but with some very nice surprises to spice things up. 

Theme

The action of the game takes place inside an enchanted forest, with beautiful flowers on the ground and tall trees on the horizon. We can also see fireflies roaming around, lighting up the forest. Or is that fairy dust? 

The three women that accompany you through the forest could well be fairies, they are extremely beautiful but also strange because of their weirdly-coloured eyes. Unfortunately, the background music is pretty bad, but it can be turned off. 

Betting Options and Functions

This online slot is set up on 6 reels and 4 rows, with 50 paylines. Those are fixed lines, which will pay regardless of your stake. The minimum allowed bet is 20 cents, while the most you can gamble on a single spin is a hefty 400 euros. 

You need to get at least three consecutive matching symbols starting from the leftmost reel to form a winning combination, but the game also has some special icons that you will discover a bit later. 

This is a low to medium variance title, while the theoretical return to player is above average at 96.84%. 

Features

The special icons that I was mentioning earlier are not different symbols from the regular pay table, the difference is that they are a lot bigger! 

They are called GigaSymbols and can pop up on any spin, occupying between 4 to 16 tiles! So, if you get a GigaSymbol of 3x3 tiles on the first three reels, you already have a winning combination formed! 

There is also a very special Scatter symbol in this game, its size is also 3x3 tiles and when it lands in full sight it transforms into a Wheel of Fortune! That wheel will spin and the prizes attached to it are either cash sums that can be added to your balance straight away or free spins. 

You can win up to 25 free spins on the wheel, and then win some more in the same manner during the free rolls round. 

Conclusion

Arcane Beauties can be a very entertaining video slot, the three main characters are really mesmerizing and their pictures alone can make this game worth playing. It’s too bad that there isn’t a decent background music, but I guess you can turn the sounds off and play something else from your computer. 

This might be one of the better games from RubyPlay, mainly thanks to the GigaSymbols feature and the pretty cool graphics. The Wheel Feature is another nice addition, an interesting route to a round of free spins.
