We doubt it very much that “221B Baker Street” is an unknown to pretty much anyone aged six and up. Adaptations of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s works are so many that each era has its quintessential Holmes. For us, it is definitely Jeremy Brett. For Merkur Gaming, it’s obviously someone else.
