But what a surprised they need more documents from me and have emailed me regarding this which is a week too late from the time I requested a cashout. I waited for over 48hrs and still no such luck!! I even went as far as to resolve it with the head of operations Sami however I just went out of my way to try to resolve it myself. The same story of requesting documents were just over the line as if they wanted "everything" I had. I spoke to many different live chat operators like Christina, Victor, Mimi, Alexius, Joe, Christina again, and still my so called approved documents were not met with the resolution I longed for. With that in mind the bank details I had weren't corrected and they returned the $920.20 back into my account where I later just burned it all in a scorching heat of unresolved frustration!
