The country itself was not on the restricted countries list so i registered and got the bonus instantly, no code needed. After like 30 minutes of playing i got disconnected and then tried to login but no luck in doing that. I went to live chat to ask why am i not allowed to login and they said that i requested a no deposit bonus without their permission and my account is temporarily blocked, unless i send in my documents to get verified. I argued with the support for the next couple of minutes and i decided it is not worthed the time and money if they act like that. There was no need in blocking my account, they could have just said i am not allowed to play with their money and i am only allowed to play my own cash. That was a lack of professionalism in their attitude and since then i haven’t tried contacting them again. Maybe they have changed their policy and now they are looking more to respect the players and offer them many promotions and other rewarding programs but that doesn’t cut it for me. I think i’m still blocked there and i will always be and i’m fine with it. You have to respect the players, if you don’t, you have no business. That being said, i don’t know if i should recommend them, but, as far as i know, i may be the only one that had this kind of issues with them.
