I agree that the language used was very innapropriate and that the ban was justifed. But I want to know what can be done to resolve the complaint here. Lets put a side the inappropriate language here, what Andrew has to do here in order for his withdrawal to be approved? rgds Zuga

Unfortunetly, I have been depositing on this site for about 2 months now, and just won big enough to want to cashout now. I get up to 500 dollars which is the max for my 25 dollar deposit, and I ask them for the form I need to print off and fax back so that I can be ready for the documents come monday. I get up to 500 dollars which is the max for my 25 dollar deposit, and I ask them for the form I need to print off and fax back so that I can be ready for the documents come monday. The guy tells me only the cashier can send me one through email. I tell him this is ridiculous and to just give me the link to the form and then he bans me for being \"unreasonable\"... My account is blocked.. The phone number they list for blocked accounts automated message is a nmber that says its been disconnected and the other phone number on their website says that they are unable to take calls and has said that for 3 days. These guys are flat out morons and deserve to be black listed from all users. If anyone has any idea how to get my money from these guys who now cannot be reached because they never answer emails (sent over 50 emails and are not blocked, I get the emails that i deposit so I know i recieve emails from themand I got one from support the first time about echecks) PLEASE HELP!

My horror story far exceeds all of yours because i made deposits more than a few times on Vegascasino21. After I made 1 of my deposits I did real well and in the chat area I asked customer service to verify that I played the 60x and I qualified for a withdraw. After I made 1 of my deposits I did real well and in the chat area I asked customer service to verify that I played the 60x and I qualified for a withdraw. I know how to check my play using the reports tab and click on reconcile. I needed 18,600 betting dollars. My reconcile report said i was over 19,000. The customer service rep. said I was 6,000 short to bet real big to hit the the additional 6,000 real fast. I told him to add my 2 days playing together and i was at 19,000. I told him I knew how to multiply and i was at 19,000 and I needed to reach 18,600. I was told again i was 6,000 short. I played my account to zero then wrote a not so nice email to customer service. Within a week i got a call from another Vegascasino21 employee. Very nice guy and he told me there was a computer glitch and at the time it did say i was 6,000 short. I received some free chips and told they were sorry and my business was important to them. Let me tell you all how important it was. I went back to play on the Vegascasino21 site because i was curious what would happen the next time I asked for a withdraw. On my second small deposit with a bonus I reached the goal for a withdraw. I went to the chat area and asked customer service to email me what personal information i needed to send them to make a withdraw. My question in the chat area was never answered. I sent an email to customer service and the finance department asking for the information needed to make a withdraw. The only response i got was an automated response saying they received my email and under priority response it said low. I never heard back from anyone in customer service or the finance department. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Play at Vegascasino21 at your own risk. My 2 horror stories I wouldnt touch this site with a 10 foot pole. Now over a week later 3 times i have tried to unsubscribe to their emails about bonuses and even that doesnt work.
