At the 8th of Dezember I got 450,00 on my Neteller account - and now the cheek starts: the casino took €50,00 fee for a cash out of €500,00, so I only got €450,00 - the rest of my cash out request was reversed...

It is not possible that Supernova is allowing Canadian players, as it is a Rival casino, which isn't allowed in Canada. I remember when Canada disconnected from Rival, in approximately 2005, but they never did accept it back.
