This is my final judgment on this casino. I waited a long time but Starvegas never made available the analytical detail of my interrupted game session. Unfortunately over time they have come up with different explanations that make me think badly. Initially they attributed the cause of the block to my hypothetical disconnection, later they pointed out to me that any server malfunctions can be solved with winnings calculation mechanisms without the game actually running. Instead, it would be appropriate for AAMS to draw up guidelines forcing casinos to apply game freezing in cases of disconnections or malfunctions. Upon my umpteenth request to be able to consult the analytical history of the plays, I was told that too much time has passed (40 days). In the contract that I signed with them in article 5 in paragraph 20 it reads "The Concessionaire keeps the analytical detail of the movements inherent in the Customer's gaming account and of the bets made for a period of five years. This information is available to the Customer who can request them from the Dealer according to the methods published on the site indicated under letter H of the premises which the Customer expressly declares to know well and understand, having read it completely." Purtroppo nel corso del tempo hanno fornito spiegazioni diverse che mi fanno pensar male. Inizialmente hanno attribuito la causa del blocco a una mia ipotetica disconnessione, successivamente mi hanno fatto notare che eventuali malfunzionamenti del server si possono risolvere con meccanismi di calcolo delle vincite senza che ci sia il reale svolgimento del gioco. Invece sarebbe opportuno che AAMS tracciasse delle linee guida obbligando i casinò ad applicare il congelamento del gioco al momento di casi di disconnessioni o malfunzionamenti. Alla mia ennesima richiesta di poter consultare lo storico analitico delle giocate mi viene risposto che è passato troppo tempo (40 giorni). Nel contratto che ho sottoscritto con loro nell' articolo 5 al paragrafo 20 recita"Il Concessionario conserva il dettaglio analitico dei movimenti inerenti il conto di gioco del Cliente e delle giocate effettuate per un periodo di cinque anni. Purtroppo nel corso del tempo hanno fornito spiegazioni diverse che mi fanno pensar male. Inizialmente hanno attribuito la causa del blocco a una mia ipotetica disconnessione, successivamente mi hanno fatto notare che eventuali malfunzionamenti del server si possono risolvere con meccanismi di calcolo delle vincite senza che ci sia il reale svolgimento del gioco. Invece sarebbe opportuno che AAMS tracciasse delle linee guida obbligando i casinò ad applicare il congelamento del gioco al momento di casi di disconnessioni o malfunzionamenti. Alla mia ennesima richiesta di poter consultare lo storico analitico delle giocate mi viene risposto che è passato troppo tempo (40 giorni). Nel contratto che ho sottoscritto con loro nell' articolo 5 al paragrafo 20 recita"Il Concessionario conserva il dettaglio analitico dei movimenti inerenti il conto di gioco del Cliente e delle giocate effettuate per un periodo di cinque anni. Tali informazioni sono a disposizione del Cliente che può richiederle al Concessionario secondo le modalità pubblicate sul sito indicato alla lettera H delle premesse che il Cliente medesimo dichiara espressamente di ben conoscere ed intendere, avendone preso visione completa." Not all online gaming spaces allow you this option and so I was really excited to see this. My favorite gaming at the site is definitely their slots. They have a really nice selection to choose from and lots of pay lines. As far as the other games, they offer a little bit of everything, including video poker and table games. I haven’t spent too much time with anything other than the slots at this point, but I plan on trying the other games out.
