The site is not very well designed for the UI in my opinion, and it's kind of a pain in the butt to navigate. But the worst of all has to be the customer service. If you think that a casino is weak, you come to spinbetter and change your mind. The bonus was sucked in impressively. Bonus amount PLN 150, turnover PLN 220!!! I've never seen anything like this in my life. I definitely advise against it.

Particularly watch out for binance pay, as they do not have the reverse for this and it's a very quick and easy way to deposit and probably something that will be used as a preference I know I tried it, but it's a real nuisance to try to get anything out. Frankly I don't think they should have any ability to deposit, for any method that isn't available for withdrawal, because it's a requirement to have them match. The site is not very well designed for the UI in my opinion, and it's kind of a pain in the butt to navigate. But the worst of all has to be the customer service. Starting with the fact that they all have aliases, and they're unusually chosen singular names like Cher, Beyoncé or Prince, makes him seem like they have something to hide. The two had the displeasure of meeting were Axel, which honestly if you're not from guns n' roses you shouldn't think that it's appropriate, and the other one is poly, I'm not sure if that's their sexual preference, or they're just unable to come up with something better. Outside of their abnormally chosen odd names, they're infinitely not helpful and rude to say the least, you can expect them to do nothing to help you if you have any issues. If you can get them to respond at all, it will be largely unproductive. I give them a 2.8 star because of their game selection, mostly. In addition the various methods of deposit that you can use. Although I do not play here anymore, Specifically because of the issues surrounding their customer service team and the lack of.... well... Customer service!

But they handled my query maturely and convinced me it was my validated phone number. After knowing my mistake, I logged into my account at this casino with this number and changed my phone number to the current one. I found the casino's security system best, and they aptly follow the rules to protect their customer's accounts from being defrauded. I apologise to their customer support team for the inconvenience caused by my aggravating behaviour.

I registered at this casino a few months ago, they allow me to log in only after verification of the code sent on the linked phone, but they show the wrong phone number in the login process. I contacted them many times through email and live chat, but they have not responded. However, they send promotional emails regularly....

The games look okay, but when I claimed my no deposit bonus (when there was one) the support clearly denied me! So I couldn't try the machines, and the no deposit bonus has expired! Disappointed 😞
Les jeux ont l’air pas mal, mais lorsque j’ai réclamé mon bonus sans dépôt (quand il y en avait un ) le support m’a clairement nié! Du coup je n’ai pas pu essayer les machines, et le bonus sans dépôt est expiré ! Déçue 😞
