Who is Lionline?

“Providing Fun” is this German provider’s self-proclaimed claim to fame. There’s a bit of a back story with this company. It’s actually a subsidiary of Loewen Play GmbH, a highly recognized slot machine and arcade game provider in Germany. In order to venture into the online market, Loewen bought all assets belonging to a company called KGR-Entertainment, an online software provider for casinos like now closed Jolly Seven. All operations running on KGR software were shut down and Loewen founded Lionline to power brands like Lapalingo. They immediately got to work on the software and gathering all the certifications required to get it off the ground.

Today their services include software development, custom game design as well as the provision of content, support and payment systems on their own platform known as ‘Cage’.

The design of the games looks similar the work of Novomatic.
