P.S. Throughout our correspondence, I kept explaining to the administration that I used winnings from another casino to fund my account at their casino, but they just didn't get it. I told them I had already sent enough documents to prove my identity and that I had sufficient funds both for playing at their casino and for covering my living expenses. Yet they kept asking for even more documents. What a load of nonsense...
