The second thing I'd like to add which should be #1 is the fact that I made a deposit of $11 to claim the 300% match they have in the Daily Picks section. The wrong turn came in the form of me not clicking the link for the 300% match that leads to the deposit page as they were having technical issues with the website. I made a deposit and contacted live chat to try to resolve the 300%. What they've offered me was 11 free spins on Ninja Master which happens to be less than the expected bonus I wanted. I didn't have much of a choice since they couldn't reverse a mistake I made and I ended up using up my deposit. All casinos will make the effort to make ends meet even if it's a mistake made on my part but how could Simba Games refuse that!? Anyways, there was nothing else I could do further and I immediately closed my account to the highest setting available! I think this casino is OK! Very low wagering reguirements on deposit bonuses and pretty decent cashout times. They paid me my last withdrawal in 3 hours to Skrill. They should add more games to their casino tho so that's why i rate this just 3 and a half stars at this point.
