The mode of communication between users and support team is email which is the worst because email now a days is the slowest form of communication between two people. it is like i send them a email today about my queries and they give me a reply tomorrow till then i am just sitting and waiting for the support team to get back to this something i have never experienced with any other casino room before. And this is the worst way of communication ever and after one day when they reply and if the solution does not work then you send another email and then after one day they get back to you and one time i was so annoyed that i started using foul language with them but eventually apologized as that was not a good gesture from my side. What do i say about this casino there is nothing right about this casino room poor support delayed or no payments at all slow games boring games i guess this much problems are enough for one to understand that one does not need to join this casino and it is a big mistake. When i made a deposit with them it was not on the warning list of lcb but now it is on strict warning list and users are strictly advised to stay away from this casino and they have a same reason i have they do not let users cash out their winnings and this proves that they are frauds and are here just for money and not to serve our interest. Their games are just the same as other Rival casinos so there is nothing new about this casino. About six months ago I read online that a lot of people having trouble with RockBet casino, bad support, delayed payment or no payment at all and since then I never played the freebies they offered me because it's just wasting my time and probably causing stress so I have avoid this casino. terrible!

This casino are always in touch with you and sent constantly free chips to your email but I had a bad experience with other casino owned by the same group and I think I would never deposit here. Just be careful.

Rockbet casino is just another fraud in the casino industry. They have the poorest support team ever seen in the world. The mode of communication between users and support team is email which is the worst because email now a days is the slowest form of communication between two people. it is like i send them a email today about my queries and they give me a reply tomorrow till then i am just sitting and waiting for the support team to get back to this something i have never experienced with any other casino room before. And this is the worst way of communication ever and after one day when they reply and if the solution does not work then you send another email and then after one day they get back to you and one time i was so annoyed that i started using foul language with them but eventually apologized as that was not a good gesture from my side. What do i say about this casino there is nothing right about this casino room poor support delayed or no payments at all slow games boring games i guess this much problems are enough for one to understand that one does not need to join this casino and it is a big mistake. When i made a deposit with them it was not on the warning list of lcb but now it is on strict warning list and users are strictly advised to stay away from this casino and they have a same reason i have they do not let users cash out their winnings and this proves that they are frauds and are here just for money and not to serve our interest. I am waiting for the day when this casino will be shut down and it will be the happiest day of my life. I would ask everyone not to join this casino and better find some other casino as this one is not worth it.

Thanks for letting me know. I've managed to request a withdrawal, just now I've been told, that in RockBet software Neteller withdraw should take about 3 weeks... We will see...
