You get very often non-deposit bonuses and that brings us to the only negative point of the whole thing, namely the bonus conditions, I'll be honest I don't understand these bonus conditions, I once managed to get the bonus conditions with about 600 euros that I won fulfill, but then Bakam only 20 euros real money and the bonus money was gone, I somehow do not understand that. Yep, that's probably the only point of criticism I have at this casino, if it weren't for it I would have given it a 5 rating.

They give generously no deposit bonuses / free spins even if you haven't made deposits. I was surprised of that. Their Christmas calendar was one the best, I think. Verification of account took only less than day and withdrawing money does not take much long.. it depends, but it surely does not take too long.

After few days i asked support why it was processing so long and they answered that in case of russian and ukrainian documents verification processing up to a week. Then, after 7 working days i asked again and support answered that verification was still processing. As result, i started playing again and lost all my balance. And now since 2 weeks my documents still not verified. It is very awful user support :(
