I have sent emails and been rude to by chat staff yet received no replies. SEND OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS in your cashier . I explain I have no idea as this is yo ur site not mine and minutes ago u said u never even had that offer. I was absolutely loving montecryptos when i first signed up/had a bit of a poke here. The selection of games and providers was really doing it for me and i generally ha a good feeling about the casino. Then... earlier today i was settling into couch lyfe for a session, all excited to play Joker Reelz (my new favourite game) and was even more excited when I saw he 30% Bonus on Mondays. I checked out the terms and whatnot to make sure I got the bonus and there were no codes or anything and the info suggested it would be applied automatically. So i deposited $16 ($6 more than the minimum amount required to receive the bonus). Andddd nothing. No bonus was added to my account. So very very disappointing. Anyway, I attempted to contact support to find out wtf was going on and live support was conveniently unavailable.. So I began playing- in hindsight I should have probably waited until after I spoke with support however why should I wait!? I mean the ONLY reason I deposited in the first place was because I felt like a session... If I had wanted to not-play I wouldn't have gone on the website in the first place. I feel like this is stating the obvious but I promise it is relevant to my tale. So yeah, I had a few pushes and played a few games and all the standard things one does when at an online casino. After probably 20 minutes my entire deposit had been spent and I had barely even had a winning spin let alone a feature or anything that really gets the dopamine going. I eventually got through to customer support (conveniently once my entire deposit was gone- literally the minute I got below 10c boom customer support was there and "willing to help" So I was speaking to Bruno about the bonus not being added and all he said was he would have/could have added it to my account had I not played anything. After speaking for a little while I said the whole situation was poor form to which he responded something like "thank you for the honest feedback, we appreciate any and all feedback" then ended the conversation. Wow. I found that to not be very supportive AT ALL. In fact, I found the whole experience to be wholly disappointing and never before have I had any casino support speak to me like that/end the conversation abruptly without actually helping me. In fact I've never had a casino f up a bonus like that, refuse to apply it and then just end the conversation. Im very skeptical about the legitimacy of this casino. I am almost afraid to have a decent win because I am certain there will be issues with withdrawals... and if that is the case I know that I will not be able to rely on the customer service representative for any sort of support. Perhaps it is just Bruno.. Im not sure. So be very very wary of this casino. Enjoy the great selection of games but don't expect to win anything either. Oh I should also mention that I made another deposit after this bullsh*t with bruno and the bonus I had previously missed out on was available for selection at the cashier... whaaaaat!?

Nothing high either simple 10 dollars a hand. After a few hands up and down. Decided to cash out at 380. Sent in kyc docs and waited. After 4 days of hearing nothing went to chat. Extremely unhelpful. Just told to wait for email or payout. After a few days of hearing nothing. Went back to account to see 60 in my account with withdrawal rejected ?. After going on chat saying didnt get explanation or email. Extremely unhelpful saying violated terms. I clearly stated a few hands were played not even making a real difference to the balance. All after playing with real balance fairly completely large rollover. Didnt get time of day. Wanted to speak to manager. Basically got off. Then disgusted just want my initial deposit back. They said because I took the deposit and bonus in the first place would have to do whole thing over and rollover. I legitimately got cheated out of about 350 !!. Absolutely disgusting. My suggestion a horrible experience..avoid !!

Following my previous comment, upon logging back into the casino. I was given the lesser of the 2 deposit bonuses that failed to load at the cashier. Even though I’m entitled to the bonus, unless the deposited amount is intact, most casinos, including MonteCrypto will refuse the claim. And in the event of a system error...

Either a shill casino. Not sure how this has a high rating. I have had my pending withdrawal for a week for 700 and and sent in all docs. Verified. No response and was promised it 2 days ago. They cancelled without reason. Pretty shady so far.

How do we contact support? The interface reminded me Crazy Fortune and the same issue I had there whereby the bonus (eventhough) I selected and activated during deposit process but it never applied to my account. Not the best first impression

Bonuses didn't apply upon 2 deposits. Contacted support. Belligerent attitude. Denied promotion was valid. Then said promo will be added automatically. Provided 22 spins with value of 10c per bet as recompense. Will not play with this casino again.

Bad experience, basic site with technical difficulties. Do not honor lcb promotion and therefor did not receive any free spins with my deposit etc. Support was rude and didn't care much about me they seemed just pretty satisfied to have taken my deposit and didn't want more of me.
