Well, I really wanted to like this casino and I waited almost 3 months before posting a review. I am still waiting to hear back about my 100.00 withdrawal from the welcome bonus I won back in March. I have been back and forth with them during this time where I usually receive a canned response that it takes 7 to 10 business days to approve. I sent in my documents and was approved months ago and every few weeks I I follow up and receive the same response. For this difficulty in communication and response time I am leaving a low review. Very disappointing as the games were fun, but I highly doubt I'll ever return if this is the normal operating procedure. Players beware.

Total scam!!! Don't even waste your time on the free bonus! Completed the 4500 wagering requirement, tried to cash out the 100 and miraculously there was a second free chip showing in history , except with a w in front of it. One I did not claim. They say I claimed too many free chips so can't cash out!

I only give it a .5 because I like Betsoft games otherwise it would get a 0

I strongly believe that they are using this as an excuse not to pay me because I won off a no deposit bonus code. It's incredibly frustrating because I followed all their rules and played fair and square, yet they are not honoring their end of the deal. Their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive, and it's evident that they don't value their customers. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services, and I caution others to be wary of their shady business practices. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your online casino needs. Just read the forum post here . you get a good idea why you should not be donating your money them . Customer service sucks. Ell I recommend you use everywhere else but here and don't put your card information on their site. Couple other people been saying money's been coming up out of there bank account ... They will not pay. First off I won an additional 1300 and did not know until after the playthroughbthe cashout limit is 100 , on top of that I gave up after week 3 of sending the same info daily. Worst yet
