Ist eher ein abklatsch von lucky dreams casino, just casino etc, aber halt nicht so schön gestaltet, weniger provider und schlechtere bonis

I have been playing at Lucky Days for a long time and the only reason I still play there is because they process withdrawals very fast, it is such a shame that they do not have a loyalty program in play. Live chat is not always available and when you email them, it feels like it takes them ages to reply. It is quite frustrating...

Live chat is not always available and when you email them, it feels like it takes them ages to reply. It is quite frustrating that Skrill deposits are usually always excluded from any sort of promotion.

Support confirmed it would not be a problem if I deposit it a few days after winning. I made the deposit yesterday. 2 hours later o got a mail that lucky days is suspending all activities in Germany because of changes in regulations. My account is blocked. No support , just a notice how to request final payout. I know that some casinos will suspend activities in Germany from 1 January 2023. That Lucky Days is one of them is just bad luck. It's the casino's total blocking me from the casino and communication. Rude behaviour will get you bad ratings

Cannot really recommend to anyone. The verification was fast, as live chat did verify that for me. However the payment process to skrill takes more than 24 hours, and the payments are supposed to be processed within 24 hours. You cannot lock any withdrawals.
