This casino is the worst casino I have ever been to, and will never ever go to it. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I send them a message a while ago about a complaint of how they treated my brother who has disability. Till this day they never apologize for the bad treatment they did to him. He is of age with the proper ID and we bring him to the casino so he can enjoy and have a good time by playing the slot machine and he like to serve himself the self serve drinks since he don't drink alcohol. So he saw a lady serving her drink and didn't get close and waited for her to serve her drink so when she's done he can serve himself a drink. So she thought he was watching her and she make up a lie and say he got close to her and then she said he stink and ALL WAS A LIE BC I WAS BEHIND WATCHING THE WHOLE THING BC EVERYTIME HE GOES I ALWAYS WATCH IN CASE HE NEED HELP. AND INCE HE GETS HIS DRINK HE COMES BACK TO THE MACHINE TO PLAY. HE DOESN'T CARE FOR LOOKING FOR FEMALE OR MALE he just like simple things in life like play video games, slot machine and movies. and the staff were so dumb to believe that lady bc they were discriminating my against my brother. It does not matter if they have white, black, latino or asian working there, people can discriminate on their own kind too, and bc they believed the lie of the lady they wanted my brother out. I said he can't go home by himself bc he came with us, but they did not care and wanted him out. I told them you guys not even checking the camera. They did not care 😡 WORST CASINO EVER AND PLUS PPL DON'T WIN, WE WAS SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY AND NOTHING, AND THEN TREATED AWFUL.😡👎👎

On the positive side, they have a nice selection of penny slots on the casino floor; on the weekend when most of the tables are open, they also have lots of choices for Blackjack, Poker, & Baccarat available to enjoy. High limit room just received a nice upgrade - very spacious with lots of new games. Overall the slots...

On the positive side, they have a nice selection of penny slots on the casino floor; on the weekend when most of the tables are open, they also have lots of choices for Blackjack, Poker, & Baccarat available to enjoy. High limit room just received a nice upgrade - very spacious with lots of new games. Overall the slots seem a lot tighter than Vegas or Atlantic City, but still a nice atmosphere for a local casino. Comps aren't very generous though, you can lose a lot of $$$ and not receive very much in return.

This is the casino I physically visit most as it's close to where I live in Columbus. Before Hollywood came to town, there wasn't many options as far as casinos nearby and it was the first in Coluumbus offering table games as far as Im aware.

Still my favorite! Clean food is good - customer service is great! It's not far from my house so it's always a good time to go with a few friends for the afternoon - Their blackjack tables are the best!

NIce place to play, as are most of the Hollywood Casino locations. It's only a couple hours away, so I go quite often, love the table games.
