Reserve Casino Hotel first opened on December 2, 1994. This is one of your best bets in all of Central City. They have the largest hotel in town and a casino that is jam-packed with only the best games. There are three restaurants on the property, 2 bars, 1 nightclub and lots of live entertainment opportunities. You’ll find typical steakhouse items on the menu, including steaks grilled to your liking and seafood selections. If you’re a fan of fine wine, then you will love this place! They have a floor-to-ceiling glass wine display of 500 bottles of wine. They are open Friday through Sunday. From Monday to Thursday, the Chophouse becomes just Bistro 321, offering a more casual menu for lunch and dinner. They serve selected items from the Chophouse menu, with the addition of sandwiches. At Market Street, they have lots of items that you can take to go quickly. Choose from a menu including sandwiches, pizza, salads and snacks. The Chef’s Kitchen portion offers a Lobster Buffet Friday through Sunday from 5pm to 10pm. Don’t miss out on all the have to offer!

Entertainment/Nightlife

There are three bars and lounges on the property. There is no shortage of cocktails and your chance to have a great time. Celebrity Bar is laid-back and lively, featuring Video Poker machines right at the bar. Guitar Bar is an exciting guitar themed bar where you can bring your friends along and enjoy your night. The Lava Room offers a nightclub experience, with dance floor space and individual tables place throughout the area. It’s a 300 person showroom where live entertainment can be found after 9pm.
