Riviera Casino in Black Hawk

This casino is a little on the smaller side compared to others in Black Hawk. The casino has much to offer but they are a bit lacking in other areas. There is no hotel on the property, so keep that in mind if you're traveling. There are two restaurants on site and no much in terms of entertainment outside of gaming. However there are other casinos right in town with more to offer in those other areas that you can visit if you’d like. Also, it’s only 40 minutes from Denver if you’re feeling adventurous!

Gaming

It’s all about the Slots and Table Games here! Their gaming space consists of over 750 Slots and Video Poker machines. Your best bet for hotel accommodations near Riviera would be the Ameristar Casino Resort Spa. It’s a little over a mile away and you’ll full access to two casinos, meaning double the chances to win! Other nearby options include Peck House Empire, Best Western Lodge and Super 8 Motel.

Dining

There are two options when it comes to dining. For an all-you-can-eat extravaganza, make sure you stop by the Riviera Buffet. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and feature decadent lobster, crab and prime rib buffets that won’t want to miss. Every weekend, they offer a fabulous Champagne Brunch as well! The prices are reasonable and the food is to die for. For snacks and smaller portions around the clock, visit Creekside Deli. It’s open 24 hours daily and they offer fast and affordable food including pizza slices, fresh salads and sandwiches.

Entertainment/Nightlife

As far as entertainment goes, you may not find much aside from the fabulous gaming options they have to offer. However, if you’re looking for a lively night, perhaps some cocktails and live entertainment, feel free to head over to Ameristar Casino. They have a couple of bars to choose from and they feature live performers on a regular basis. It’s only a little over a mile away from Riviera. You can spend your day spinning the reels or whatever you prefer inside this casino and then get your night started at Ameristar. It’s a win-win!
