Cesars properties feels like they are replacing real staff with computers to check in and what not that are straight out of the customer experience at a late 90s department of motor vehicles line. If you want to be treated like crap and get frustrated fast stay here.

Cheaper but nice place to stay and play. Love it.

Ive gotten wonderful comps and love the dining options in and directly around NY-NY. Last visit though (Jan 2022)they had started a remodel on the upper floor around where coyote ugly is and my absolute favorite pizza spot was gone, i hope it comes back but because they were gone i sought out some different options and Chin Chin was phenomenal! I miss the $5 blackjack so i stick to video blackjack most of the time.

This is a fun casino to play in when you are with a group, and aren't gambling too seriously. It has a vibrant atmosphere, and plenty of tables of BJ, SDBJ, Let it Ride, 3 Card, Etc. There are better MGM properties for serious gambling.

Have won many times in the New York New York its one of the casinos i gamble in when i head to Vegas.

Love this casino in Vegas! I have never stayed in the hotel but always make a point to get down here to play the slots. The atmosphere is always welcoming and I love the scenery inside. It’s one of my favorites because it’s usually not overly Smokey or overly crowded.

I love New York New York The big drinks, rollercoaster, the shops and places to eat, and just the overall theme is cool. It's a must visit when your in Vegas.

I love New York New York staff super kind and is where you can find the best show ever Zumanity! I've seen this show more than once because its never the same twice. Margarita are awesome. And if you can hit up the piano bar it gets packed but stand around and at least people watch a song or two.

Not to bad of a place did not stay overnight but it was really expensive for other things but all in all not a bad place to gamble for awhile

got a reward card , and that took 20 minutes for customer service to take info for card. lost $5 free slot play in around 3 minutes

Had a great time. Very classy and upscale. Would definitely recommend and go back in future.
