There’s also several festivals throughout the year, so be sure to look online and coincide your trip with some of the major ones. For relaxing days, head to the shore for some sunning and swimming and strolling along the promenade. For local attractions, trip to the city centre and the main square. There are currently no hotels on site but a couple steps away there’s the Beach Albatros. The 4 star hotel has 173 rooms coming equipped with balconies or terraces with views of the pool, gardens or ocean. Facilities on site include a swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, bars, a restaurant and easy access to the beach. Live entertainment can also be found in their 24 hour bar. There’s several hotels within the city, so be sure to choose the one most in line with your budget and comfort levels.

Dining

For French/Moroccan cuisine at the casino, there’s Jean Octeau, also with entertainment such as belly dancers and live music. In town, there’s Restaurant Jour et Nuit, for evening dining. For more Moroccan cuisine there’s La Scala and La Siciliana. For Italian fare like wood oven baked pizza and fish, try Via Veneto. There’s several restaurants throughout the city, so find the one most to your liking. Ask hotel and casino staff for suggestions on places both popular with tourists and locals.

Attractions/NightLife

Spend days at the beach swimming and sunning, strolling the promenade or take in a round of golf at the one of the nearby courses like Golf Sun, Royal Golf or Tikida Golf. For drinks, there’s the hotel, casino or several venues in the city. Papa Gayo and So are both nightclubs, the second also having live music and eats. Additional live music can be found at both the hotel and casino. Museums in the area include Musee Municipal de Agradir, Musee Bert Flint and Musee de Talbjort. Keep your eyes peels for various festivals throughout the year like the Festival of Laughter, the International Documentary Film Festival and the Concert for Tolerance. Hang back at the hotel relaxing in the sauna, or enjoying cocktails poolside.
