Silks Casino Club

When they boast that they are “Dublin’s finest casino” you’ve got to take a look, right? Here’s the deal, Silks is a casino with three floors but despite this, it’s rather small. You must register in order to gain entry into the casino so make sure you bring identification. From the looks of the outside of the casino you may initially think it’s a private residence but you’re in the right place. Silks is located near the Dublin City Centre and is a premier spot for Table Games in the area. They offer a variety of gambling options with staff that will assist gambling newbies.

Gaming

The casino is closed on Mondays but is available every other day of the week from 8pm to 6am which aren’t the most convenient hours for many people. Available Table Games include Blackjack, Roulette, Fast/Stud Poker, Punto Banco and Texas Hold’em. The tables are quite close together in this small space. It’s not necessarily a bad thing though if you can appreciate the nostalgic feel that this casino has to offer. The ground floor has a gaming and smoking area, the first floor offers more gaming and a bar and the second floor offers a private gaming salon.

Hotel/Accommodations

We wouldn’t suggest visiting Dublin just to check out Silks. It’s a wonderful city with plenty of sights for visitors to take in. Dining

Silks BBQ is available by request on Fridays and Saturdays only to regular members. Members may also request it for private parties and functions during the week provided 48 hours prior notice is given.

Entertainment/Nightlife

There is a bar serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. It’s not the sort of bar where you would hang out but rather order a drink and get back to the gambling. You’re in Dublin, check out the Guinness factory and see some history.

Membership to Silks is required before guests are allowed to enter the casino. Registration may be done online prior to your visit or at the door when you arrive. Members receive special promotions offers and invitations to special events.
