Lucky Ruby Casino & Resort first opened its doors on June 25th, 2015. The facility is located in Kampong Rou, in the region of Svay Rieng Province. The area and its surrounding regions are well-known for its gaming facilities. This one, in particular, is equipped with a small selection of mostly local-inspired Table Games, and a quaint hotel space offering all the necessary amenities.
