I have played there a few times and so far I have only good experience. They have really nice support that always are there. A lot of my favourite Playtech games were missing and there was a 12 hour reverse pending time in play which I am not a fan of.Fast forward to 2013 and I received an email from Genting casino detailing a games upgrade.Aside from bringing in a slew of my favourite slot games from Playtech's Marvel slots they also added an improved Live Dealer product offering Baccarat, Blackjack or European Roulette with a choice of Asian or English-speaking dealers.At the same time, Genting ditched their second online casino "Circus" to concentrate their efforts on the one brand and I'd guess the money saved explains the new investment in Genting casino itself. Seems sensible to me as both casinos were pretty much identical in terms of what they offered and neither really competed with the top brands. Overall, just an average experience and definitely not a casino that I would have considered among my best online casinos selections.genting casino has a new £500 welcome bonus that seems pretty straight-forward if you take those (I don't personally - prefer to be able to cashout when I want and without restrictions) but that aside to be honest, after playing the new games and running through the cashout process I reached the conclusion that there is nothing too major other than a few tweaks to customer service which seemed relatively responsive and seemingly clued-up. Hi Misha77, thanks for heads up. I suppose that they supplemented list of "restricted countries" in their T&C from time to time, but I don't know why they didn't even think to inform their members about that, especially when member want to deposit there. Luckynn

I can see that they are using several software providers, some of them I know from before, but in general, you get a nice selection of games and a more than a handful of really good games.
