In terms of content, the support was able to help me perfectly (3 times). Questionable code on the website: I am running a firewall that blocks potentially harmful traffic. If I want to contact the chat or make a deposit, I have to turn off the firewall, otherwise it won't work. Ergo there is something on the website that is at least questionable in terms of data protection law. If not worse.
