My bonus was not credited so i contacted support and asked them for my bonus. Support replied that they were having technical difficulties and they can't credit bonuses at the moment. So i said ok fine, can i just wait and you credit me the bonus later when it is fixed? Support said no, they said the system is broken and even when it will be fixed they will NOT credit my bonus. I then asked if i could have something else as compensation then? They said NO. So i played my deposit, won nothing as usual, and never returned to that garbage place.
